Welcome to CFAA’s new and improved website!

It’s a new year, new CFAA, and we want you to be a part of it. We encourage all of our members to join our online community today by creating an account. Your account will grant you access to Members Only pages, such as the Rental Housing Awards Application Portal. More members-only features will be added in the coming weeks and months.

Rental housing providers that are members of CFAA’s Association Members are already Affiliate Members of CFAA.

Creating an account

Step 1.

Visit the Create an Account page on the CFAA website.

Step 2.

Select your Membership Type.

Note: You must be a member of CFAA to create an account, either as a Direct Landlord Member, a Suppliers Council Member, or an Affiliate Member (a member of a CFAA member association). For a complete list of CFAA member associations, please click here.

Step 3.

Complete the sign-up form.

Step 4.

Wait for approval. A member of our team must verify you membership, and will then alert you when you account is active. This could take up to 48 hours. If you have not heard from CFAA within 48 hours, please contact us at admin@cfaa-fcapi.org.

Step 5.

Sign in, update your profile and explore!
