Early and Regular is pricing only for rental housing providers and sponsors of the Conference. The Early rate is only offered for a limited time, and will be replaced by the Regular rate. Supplier is pricing for non-sponsoring suppliers.
I’m a rental housing supplier but I read that registration is only open for rental housing providers and sponsors. Does that mean I can’t register?
You will be able to register, but not under the early rate. The non-sponsoring supplier rate is higher than the rate for sponsors. You can find the full pricing at https://cfaa-fcapi.org/events-awards/cfaa-rhc/. An eNewsletter will be sent out in the coming weeks to announce when early pricing will end, and you will be able to register.

In the past, there has always been a group discount automatically applied for 5 or more passes. I tried to register and no discount was applied. Is there still a discount?
Yes. With our new registration system, you need to put in the promo code CFAAGroup to receive the discount.
I’m registering multiple people. Is there anything I can do to make it easier? Can I just send the names and have CFAA register them?
Unfortunately, there is no tool to help speed up the registration process. You will still need to fill out the information for each attendee. But there is a discount code if you are registering more than 5 passes. It allows for a 10% discount. The discount code can be found on the registration page.
We ask that you do not just send the names to CFAA to register, because as the conference approaches, we cannot guarantee that they will have the time to register everyone (especially if more than a few people ask for this).
The system requires a unique email address for each attendee. This is to make sure that each attendee receives their confirmation and event details. Unfortunately, we cannot change this feature in the system.
If you are registering less than 5 people (and thus don’t qualify for the group discount), you can complete each person’s registration separately, and that should allow for duplicate email addresses.
I want to attend the Awards Dinner with a group of people. How can I guarantee that we can sit together?
If you have a large group, you can purchase 1 or more Awards Dinner tables. Each table seats 8 people.
If you have a smaller group, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 613-235-0101, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Try refreshing your page. If that doesn’t work, try using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc).
If you are still having issues, email the problem to email@example.com. It is possible that they’ve encountered this problem before, or you have found a new problem that they can fix.
If the problem persists, they should be able to help you register on their end.
You are best to email a CFAA team member directly at firstname.lastname@example.org, and they can confirm whether or not you are registered.
