In-suite amenities include washer/dryer, and a second full bath in 2BR units. The Bridgewater offering is further enhanced by collaboration with the community, while always keeping their staff in the forefront.”

Working far from head office, Mavis reduced the vacancy rate to just 1% in a market with an average vacancy rate of 10%. She also reduced the turnover to 10% in a market where 30-40% of units turn over on an annual basis.”
