CFAA Rental Housing Employee Compensation & Benefits Survey

Click here to order the 2017-2018 Compensation Survey.

It seems obvious that paying employees too much can cut into profits, but paying too little can too! If your employees turn over too quickly, then customer service is compromised, and that will raise tenant turnover, vacancies and turnover costs. A major cause of excess employee turnover is not paying enough.

To find out how your company fits into the market for rental housing employees, purchase the CFAA 2017-18 Employee Compensation Survey!

Who conducts the survey?
Accompass conducts the survey for CFAA. Accompass is an independent benefits and compensation consulting firm, which helps organizations maximize the value of human capital. All compensation and employee benefits data are kept confidential. CFAA does not see the data for any landlord or employee.

What does the compensation survey cover?
The 2017-18 survey reports data on 12 building based positions, providing Canada-wide compensation data and provincial or regional data, as well as actual city data, or a statistical estimate of city wages for the positions for which there is not enough local data. In addition, the survey addresses 15 head office positions. For a complete list of the positions covered see below:
