CFAA is continuing its simplified and expanded eligibility rules and application portal that were introduced in 2020. To confirm your eligibility before starting your application, please email CFAA at awards@cfaa-fcapi.org or by taking the Eligibility Self-Assessment.

New Award for 2021

For 2021, a new Supplier Award has been added: Best Product or Service (2018-2020).

This award recognizes a rental housing supplier (who is a member of CFAA Suppliers Council) who has launched an innovative product or service of great usefulness to rental housing providers within the last 3 years before this year. The product or service must have been launched between September 2016 and April 2020.

We encourage past winners and finalists of CFAA’s New Product or Service of the Year Award to apply for this award.

Eligibility for CFAA Rental Housing Awards

You are invited to apply if you are a:

  • CFAA Suppliers Council Member,
  • CFAA Direct Landlord Member,
  • CFAA Affiliate Member (a landlord member of one of CFAA’s 11 member associations), or
  • CFAA member who has won a similar award from a CFAA member association.

Specific eligibility criteria for each award can be found in the Awards Brochure. To confirm your eligibility before starting your application, please email CFAA at awards@cfaa-fcapi.org or by taking the Eligibility Self-Assessment.

Volunteer to be a Judge

Each award category is assigned a panel of volunteer experts, who will judge the submissions. These judges will be cleared of any conflicts of interest in the category they judge.

All awards submissions will be emailed to judges, and judges will meet through Zoom. This role will not require any in-person contact.
